We produce Stock fish naturally dried outside, in excellent condition. The production of stock fish has its roots in an old tradition. The raw material is caught right next to the production facilities.

Cod is widely sought after for its taste and delicious appearance. The flesh is moist and flaky when cooked, and bright white in color. It is well suited for drying. Categorized into Prime and Second grade.
The brown crab lives along the Norwegian coast as far north as Troms County. It is most common at depths up to 50 m. The female crab has a broader apron than the male, whereas the male has a flatter carapace and larger claws. Normally, brown crabs spawn in the autumn after they have reached maturity at the age of roughly five years.
